This toque is written to have 2-3”/5-7.6 cm of negative ease, meaning it will be 2-3”/5-7.6 cm smaller than your head circumference.

The sizes 1 (2) are designed to fit an head circumference of 19 (21)"/48.3 (53.3) cm

15 sts x 28 rows/rounds = 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm) on Size US 6 (4 mm) needles, or size needed to achieve gauge, using Malabrigo Rios (100g/210yd/192m).

This project is worked from the brim up, with the body knit in double-knit color work by following a chart. The stitches are then split and each layer is worked separately to shape the crown with decreases.
