13 sts x 20 rows = 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm) on Size US 10 (6 mm) needles, or size needed to achieve gauge, using Lang Cloud Tweed (100g/284yds/259m)
Construction
This sweater is worked top down, beginning at the neckline. After the collar is complete,
German short rows are worked to lengthen the back and lower the front neck. The upper body is then worked in one piece with raglan shaping at the shoulders, creating diagonal lines that run from the underarms to the neckline. From there, the body and sleeves are worked separately to finish.
